(Reuters) - Telstra Corp and News Corp on Tuesday said they agreed to combine Foxtel and Fox Sports Australia, two months after Australia's competition watchdog dropped its opposition to the merger.

This is really good news to hear about the merging of these tow big companies. This will surely give some comfortable ISP to the subscribers who wanted to have a fast internet speed. This would surely allows a lot of people to get some direct service to the netflix contact if they have more concern on contacting their customer care.
