Ideally, the software should have the following capabilities: * Allow for a moderator with 'muting' rights * Creation of agendas * Giving each speaker an allotted amount of time (microphone is muted after) * Allowing people to sign up for 'replies', which will give them a given amount of minutes to reply to what has been said * Allowing people to sign up for 'comments', which will give them another given amount of minutes to comment * Total amount of comments per 'case' is set, as well as the total amount of minutes for the case as a whole. 0 comments on Hacker News.
