Ask HN: How to get rid of Adobe Acrobate subscription without cancellation fees?
After using Foxit PDF for a long time, I decided to check out Adobe Acrobat and gave them my credit card for a monthly subscription. I had thought I will cancel it. But it costs a lot to cancel, especially for someone like me from a developing country. Furthermore, its a substandard product, hangs all the time, at least as compared to NitroPDF and Foxit. I am unable to find an email or contact to directly reach out to their sales team to waive the cancellation charges either. Any help will be appreciated. 3 comments on Hacker News.
