Ask HN: Cloudflare Billing Dispute
I have a number of domains with Cloudflare. About a month ago, I was double charged for the renewal of one of my domains. I filed a support request with them, and ever since then, I have been getting the run-around. They keep trying to give me an account credit, instead of a refund. Because I am not on a paid plan, I am stuck using the SLOW support. After 30+ days, I just got back another response saying "We gave you an account credit already for the duplicate charge, this ticket is closing" Does anyone know of a way to contact someone directly? I am amazed that such a simple issue has taken this much time/effort. 0 comments on Hacker News.
