Sourcegraph refusing to cancel my subscription
I've been using Cursor lately and haven't needed Cody anymore, so I went to cancel my Sourcegraph subscription. On their site, they give no way to manage your subscriptions. Simply a "Contact support to delete your account". Which I believe is illegal by the new FTC “Click-to-Cancel” law. Its been over a week and there has been no response with multiple followups by me. I imagine they are getting crushed by Cursor so they are preventing people from canceling. Either way its incredibly unethical. 2 comments on Hacker News.
